Princella Seripenah is a Ghanaian Artist and Illustrator based in Nottingham, UK. Princella centres her art around black women, aiming to shift away from historical depictions where they carry burdens or linger in the background- rarely centred and at rest. Princella instead places them at the heart of the frame, capturing moments of ease and humanity. Through this approach, her art becomes a gentle invitation for anyone to connect with the shared experiences of being human in the chaotic world we live in.
